Service Agreement
Please read before confirming your project.
01 — Payment
50% deposit required one week before the shoot date. Remaining 50% due on final delivery. Project does not begin until deposit is confirmed.
02 — Creative Approval
The artist must approve the creative concept, mood board and production plan 48 hours before the shoot date.
03 — Revisions
Each project includes 2 rounds of revisions during editing. Additional revisions are quoted based on scope.
04 — Cancellation
The initial deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation 7+ days before the shoot allows one free reschedule.
All videos produced by La Familia Smile include the brand logo in the lower left corner as part of our visual identity across all projects.
