What we do starts long before the camera rolls. We work with artists to understand who they truly are — their story, their values, their sound, their aesthetic — and we help them build a clear, consistent identity around that truth. Santiago is the creative force behind La Familia Smile's visual world. As a filmmaker and creative director, he leads the pre-production and post-production process — from concept and art direction through to the final cut. He is the person who translates an artist's identity into something the camera can capture and an audience can feel.

Based in Australia, Santiago is building La Familia Smile's presence across Oceania — documenting the Latin music scene in Australia and New Zealand, connecting it with the world, and proving that what is happening here deserves a global audience.

Ariel is the architect of how La Familia Smile's projects come together. As a creative director and filmmaker, he leads the overall direction of each project — organising the vision, the team, and the execution from the first meeting to the final delivery.

Based in South America, Ariel is expanding La Familia Smile across the continent — building relationships with artists, documenting the Latin urban scene from the inside, and extending the platform's reach into the markets where this music lives and breathes.
