THE PERUVIAN TAKING
SYDNEY BY STORM
From the streets of Peru to the stages of Sydney — CruzErick is proving that talent has no borders. The Peruvian-born urban artist has built a name in Australia's Latin music scene, sharing stages with some of the biggest names in reggaeton while staying true to his roots.
What started as a hobby between friends in Peru has evolved into a full professional music career. CruzErick — versatile, strategic, and fearless — brings a fusion of reggaeton, trap, and Latin urban sounds that resonates with audiences far beyond his home country.
Based in Sydney for several years now, he has become one of the most active Latin artists in the Australian urban scene — releasing music consistently, growing his audience online, and earning recognition that goes well beyond the stage.
Sharing the Stage with the Greats
CruzErick hasn't just built a following — he's earned his spot alongside some of the biggest names in Latin music. As an opening act, he has shared the stage with Nicky Jam, Trébol Clan, De La Ghetto, J Quiles, and Zion — proof that the Australian Latin music scene is real, growing, and ready for the world.
The Music — Versatile & Real
CruzErick's catalogue spans an album of seven songs produced in Peru, an EP of four tracks recorded in Australia, and multiple singles — thirteen songs total across all platforms. His sound moves between reggaeton, trap, and experimental Latin fusion, always anchored in honest storytelling.
"Me considero muy versátil y me gustaría probar fusiones musicales y hacer otros estilos. Considero que la música es para eso, para poder explorar, atreverse y sobre todo divertirse haciéndolo."
His latest single "Tu Recuerdo" is a raw, emotional track about love, regret, and letting go — filmed in the snowy mountains of Perisher, Australia. The video was shot in two days after CruzErick wrote the entire script on the night the idea came to him.
Featured in El Comercio
In March 2026, CruzErick was featured in El Comercio — one of Peru's most prestigious and widely-read newspapers. A significant milestone that validated his journey and shone a spotlight on what Latin artists in Australia are quietly building.
